A Meditation Session: Finding and Expanding Compassion and Love in Your Mind
Meditating on compassion and love is a primary practice in Tibetan Buddhism, but is applicable to any religion by asking the simple question, “Do you want to see the sentient being next to you suffer, or would you prefer to see them happy?” In this session we will breathe life into this practice by learning to visualize compassion and love for our loved ones, and gradually expanding our vision to encompass all beings.
